Revised Cost Estimates

Section 807 Section 807.214  Revised Cost Estimates a)         A revised cost estimate is any cost estimate other than one which results from modification of a closure or post-closure care plan. b)         A revised cost estimate shall identify the operator, site and closure or post-closure care plan to which it relates, but need not include any additional information required pursuant to Section 807.205. c)         A revised cost estimate is a permit modification application.  The revised cost estimate shall be deemed incorporated into the permit unless the Agency takes final action on the revised cost estimate within 90 days after its receipt as provided by Section 39(a) of the Act.
