Section 808 Section 808.411  Significant Trace Constituents A significant trace constituent is a constituent revealed by analysis: a)         Which is present at a mass concentration of less than 1 percent; and b)         Which has a toxicity, BiTi, as determined in Appendix B, of less than 500 mg/1.
