Completeness

Section 808 Section 808.502  Completeness a)         An incomplete application is one which, together with the Agency's database, has insufficient information to classify the waste. b)         If the Agency determines that an application is incomplete, it shall classify the waste as a Class A special waste, unless the Agency determines, based on such information as is available, that the waste is a RCRA hazardous waste pursuant to 35 Ill. Adm. Code 721.
