Section 809.1001 Transporters Previously Permitted Under
Uniform Hazardous Waste Transportation Permit and Registration Program
A transporter who previously obtained a Uniform Permit is
not required to obtain a special waste hauler permit for the transportation of
special waste in Illinois until the transporter's Uniform registration expires.
