Severability

Section 809 Section 809.102  Severability If any provision of this Part is adjudged invalid, or if the application thereof to any person or in any circumstance is adjudged invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of this Part as a whole or of any Subpart, Section, subsection, sentence, or clause thereof not adjudged invalid.
