Records
Information submitted to the
Agency or Board pursuant to this Part will be withheld from or released to the
public in accordance with the following:
a) The Illinois Freedom of Information Act [5 ILCS 140];
b) 35 Ill. Adm. Code 120; and
c) IEPA rules implementing the Illinois Freedom of Information
Act (2 Ill. Adm. Code 1828).
