Section 812 Section 812.102  Certification by Professional Engineer All designs shall be prepared by, or under the supervision of, a professional engineer.  The professional engineer shall affix the name of the engineer, date of preparation, registration number, a statement attesting to the accuracy of the information and design, and a professional seal to all designs.
