Section 812.304Â Waste
Shredding
If waste shredding is planned
for the facility operation, including the landfilling of shredded waste, then
the application shall contain documentation to demonstrate compliance with 35
Ill. Adm. Code 811.303(b), including a description of the mechanical shredder
proposed for use.
