Plans
a) The application shall contain all information necessary to
demonstrate compliance with 35 Ill. Adm. Code 811.321(a).
b) The application shall contain a narrative description of the
initial waste placement plan, to demonstrate compliance with 35 Ill. Adm. Code
811.321(b).
