Section 813.109Â Transfer of
Permits
No permit is transferable from
one person to another except as approved by the Agency. Approval shall be
granted only if a new operator seeking transfer of a permit can demonstrate the
ability to comply with all applicable financial requirements of Section 21.1 of
the Act and 35 Ill. Adm. Code Part 811.Subpart G.
