Information Required for a Permit Renewal

Section 813 Section 813.303  Information Required for a Permit Renewal a)         The operator shall submit only that information required by 35 Ill. Adm. Code 812 that has changed since the last permit review by the Agency; b)         The operator shall update the groundwater impact assessment in accordance with Section 813.304; and c)         The operator shall provide a new cost estimate for closure and postclosure care pursuant to 35 Ill. Adm. Code 811.Subpart F based upon the operations expected to occur in the next permit term.
