Agency Notification Requirements

Section 813 Section 813.401  Agency Notification Requirements a)         The operator shall send to the Agency a notice of closure within 30 days after the date the final volume of waste is received. b)         The operator shall notify the Agency within 30 days after any temporary suspension of waste acceptance.  The operator must comply with the requirements included in a permitted closure plan in accordance with 35 Ill. Adm. Code 812.114(d) that are applicable during any such period. c)         Until closure has been completed, the operator shall maintain a copy of the closure plan at the site or at a definite location, specified in the permit, so as to be available during inspection of the site.
