Required Signatures

Section 815 Section 815.102  Required Signatures All reports shall be signed by a duly authorized agent.  The following persons are considered duly authorized agents: a)         For Corporations, a principal executive officer of at least the level of vice president; b)         For a sole proprietorship or partnership, a proprietor or general partner, respectively; c)         For a municipality, state, federal or other public agency, by the head of the agency or ranking elected official.
