Section 815.402 Filing
Schedule
The reports shall be submitted
to the Agency on a quarterly basis, in accordance with the following schedule:
a) May 15 for activities in January, February and March;
b) August 15 for activities during April, May and June;
c) November 15 for activities during July, August and September;
and
d) February 15 for activities during October, November and
December.
