Applicability
Section 820.102Â Applicability
a)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â This
Part applies to any site or facility that meets the definition of GCDD recovery
facility under Section 22.38 of the Act.
b)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â This
Part does not apply to:
1)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Any
site or facility that does not meet the definition of a GCDD recovery facility,
such as a facility that accepts material other than GCDD for treatment,
storage, or disposal;
2)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â A
GCDD recovery facility that is located at a facility permitted under 35 Ill.
Adm. Code Part 807, or Parts 811 through 814, and regulated under that
facility’s permit.
