Section 830 Section 830.207  Salvaging at Permitted Landscape Waste Compost Facilities a)         Salvaging operations at permitted landscape waste compost facilities must not interfere with the operation of the landscape waste facility or result in a violation of any standard in this Part. b)         All salvaging operations must be performed in a safe and sanitary manner in compliance with the requirements of this Part. c)         Salvageable materials: 1)         May be accumulated on-site by the operator, provided they are managed so as not to create a nuisance, harbor vectors, cause malodors, or create an unsightly appearance; and 2)         Must not be accumulated in a manner meeting the definition of a waste pile.
