Section 830 Section 830.212  Contingency Plan for Permitted Landscape Waste Compost Facilities a)         A contingency plan must be established, addressing the contingencies set forth in Section 830.202(c) and the following additional contingencies: 1)         Equipment breakdown; 2)         Odors; 3)         Unacceptable waste delivered to the facility; 4)         Groundwater contamination; 5)         Any accidental release of special waste; and 6)         Conditions such as fires, dust, noise, vectors, power outages and unusual traffic conditions. b)         The facility contingency plan must be available on-site and implemented as necessary.
