Financial Assurance Certification

Section 830 Section 830.606  Financial Assurance Certification The operator shall submit to the Agency, by November 10, 1995 and thereafter as part of the annual report, a Composting Facility Financial Assurance Plan Compliance Certification, so titled, which contains the following information: a)         Operator name; b)         Illinois Inventory Identification Number and Permit Number assigned by the Agency; c)         Facility name; d)         Address and county in which the facility is located; and e)         A statement certifying compliance with the provisions of this Subpart.
