Modification to Obtain Operating Authorization

Section 831 Section 831.115  Modification to Obtain Operating Authorization Unless otherwise authorized in the facility permit, prior to placing into service any structure constructed at a facility, the applicant shall obtain an operating authorization as a permit condition.  In order to obtain such an operating authorization, the operator shall submit a report documenting that construction has been completed in accordance with the engineering design.
