Section 848.502 Removal
Performance Standard
The owner or operator of a
tire disposal site required to file and receive approval of a tire removal
agreement under
this Subpart E
shall remove used or waste tires from the
site in a manner that
:
a)
minimizes the need for further maintenance;
b)
removes all used and waste tires and any residues therefrom;
and
c)
protects human health during the removal and post removal
periods.
