848.507 Certification of Removal Completion
Within
60 days after the completion of removal activities under an approved
tire removal
agreement
under this Subpart E,
the owner or operator shall submit to the Agency a
certification that the site or the affected portion of the site
subject to
a tire removal agreement
has been cleared of tires in accordance with the
approved
tire removal
agreement
