Section 848.704  Standards for Issuance of Tire Storage Permits The Agency must not issue any permit unless the applicant submits adequate proof that the tire storage site either will be operated so as not to cause any violation of the Act or rules adopted under the Act or has been granted a variance pursuant to Title IX of the Act.
