Section
848.706Â Permit Revision
a)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â The Agency must revise
any permit issued by it to make the permit compatible with any relevant new
regulations adopted by the Board.
b)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â The permittee may
request modification of a permit at any time by filing, pursuant to Section
848.702, an application reflecting the modification requested.
