Severability

Section 858 Section 858.106  Severability If any section, subsection, sentence or clause of this Part shall be adjudged unconstitutional, void, invalid or otherwise unlawful, such adjudication shall not affect the validity of this Part as a whole or any section, subsection, sentence or clause thereof not adjudged unconstitutional, void, invalid or otherwise unlawful.
