Applicability
The requirements of this Subpart
apply to sanitary landfills where
the owner or operator weighs the quantity
of solid waste received with a device for which certification has been obtained
under the Weights and Measures Act
[225 ILCS 470] (Section 22.15(b)(1) and
Section 22.44(b)(1) of the Act).
