Section 1050.1220 Inaccuracy
of Disclosed Information
If any information disclosed in
accordance with this Part is subsequently rendered inaccurate as a result of
any act or occurrence beyond the control of any party to the transaction, the inaccuracy
shall not constitute a violation of this Part.
