Inconsistent Conditions Prohibited

Section 1050 Section 1050.1310  Inconsistent Conditions Prohibited No residential mortgage loan commitment shall contain conditions inconsistent with those required by this Part in effect at the time of application, unless those conditions are less onerous to the borrower.
