Section 887 Section 887.100  Purpose The purpose of this Part is to set forth regulations for the administration of grants made by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency under the Green Illinois Communities Program established in Executive Order Number 7 (2000) (24 Ill. Reg. 7751) as amended by Executive Order Number 9 (2001) (25 Ill. Reg. 9723).
