Severability

Section 887 Section 887.110  Severability If any Section, subsection, sentence or clause of this Part is adjudged unconstitutional, void, invalid, or otherwise unlawful, such adjudication shall not affect the validity of this Part as a whole, or any Section, subsection, sentence, or clause not adjudged unconstitutional, void, invalid, or otherwise unlawful.
