Grant Award Acceptance

Section 887 Section 887.220  Grant Award Acceptance No more than 30 days after a grantee receives notification of a grant award, the grantee shall notify the Agency in writing of its acceptance or non-acceptance of the grant award.  If the grantee fails to notify the Agency within 30 days, the grant award shall be null and void.
