Section 1050.660  Verification A notarized affidavit or oath, affirmation or declaration under penalty of perjury, attesting to the accuracy and truthfulness of the report must accompany each Annual Report of Mortgage Activity, Annual Report of Brokerage Activity and Annual Servicing Report, and Annual Report of Purchasing Activity submitted to the Director.  This verification must be signed by the owner, if the licensee is a sole proprietorship; by all partners, if the licensee is a partnership; by two officers or all directors, if the licensee is a corporation; or by all members, if the licensee is an association.
