Public Notice and Inspection

Section 1075 Section 1075.715  Public Notice and Inspection a)         At the time of the filing of the application, the applicant shall publish notice of intent to relocate or establish a branch office. The notice shall be in form and content as prescribed by the Director. The applicant shall publish notice in a newspaper printed in the English language having a general circulation in the applicant's home office community and in the community to be served from the proposed location. b)         Within 10 days following the date of publication, the applicant shall furnish the Director with one copy each of the required notices and the publisher's affidavits of publication. c)         Subject to Section 1075.110(d) of this Part, the application shall be available for public inspection at the Division, by appointment.
