Redesignation of Offices

Section 1075 Section 1075.735  Redesignation of Offices A savings bank may designate an existing branch office as its main business office and designate its existing main business office as a branch office by submitting an appropriate bylaw amendment for approval. No other Sections in Subpart G of this Part shall apply to redesignation of offices.
