Agency Offices

Section 1075 Section 1075.745  Agency Offices a)         A savings bank may establish or maintain agency offices which only service and originate (but do not approve) loans and contracts and/or manage or sell real estate owned by the savings bank. b)         An agency office shall maintain records of all business it transacts and transmit copies to a branch or home office of the savings bank.
