Timely Deposits

Section 120 Section 120.110  Timely Deposits Each check, draft, money order, or other evidence of money cashed by a licensee shall be deposited or transmitted for deposit within the ordinary course of business no later than the following business day after the instrument has been cashed.  A deposit to an armored-car service satisfies this requirement.
