Section 150.15
Administration and Enforcement of the Act
The Director and Division shall
administer and enforce the Act on behalf of the Secretary. The provisions of
the Financial Institutions Code [20 ILCS 1205] shall apply to licensees, applicants,
and any person or entity engaged in an activity covered by the Act.
