Section 150.40 Use of
Pseudonyms
The collection agency shall
maintain a listing of all pseudonyms used by an office, employee, or agent of
the collection agency in relation to collection agency activities. A listing
of pseudonyms shall be maintained by the collection agency one year after
termination of employment.
