Section 160 Section 160.270  Revocation or Suspension of License If it is determined that the Director had the authority to issue the suspension or revocation of a license pursuant to Section 10 of the Act, the Director may issue orders as may be reasonably necessary to correct, eliminate or remedy the conduct at issue.  (See Section 16.5(g) of the Act.)
