Financial Coaching Disclosure

Section 170.200  Financial Coaching Disclosure Each consumer legal funding contract shall include a separate disclosure page entitled “FINANCIAL COACHING INFORMATION” which will provide the consumer with information on accessing a financial coaching program.  The disclosure shall be signed by the consumer and the disclosure shall be maintained as part of the individual account record.
