Fees for Services

Section 170.380  Fees for Services a)         The Secretary, in their sole discretion, may charge the following fees for any record search or copying performed by the Secretary in connection with a request for confidential supervisory information: 1)         Reproduction costs incurred in making copies of documents, including photocopies or converting physical documents into electronic or digital format, shall be reimbursed at $0.25 per page. 2)         All other costs incurred in searching for and transporting data pursuant to a request for confidential supervisory information shall be reimbursed at actual costs. b)         The Secretary may require a requester to remit payment prior to providing the requested confidential supervisory information.
