Section 190.185 Investment in "Other Financial Institutions" For purposes of Section 59(a)(7) of the Act, the term "other financial institution" means a bank established under the laws of this or any other state or established under the laws of the United States, a savings and loan association or savings bank established under the laws of this or any other state or established under the laws of the United States, a credit union established under the laws of this or any other state or established under the laws of the United States, a licensee under the Sales Finance Agency Act [205 ILCS 660] or an insurance company.
