of Names: Statutory Requirements
and Placement of Suffix
A proposed limited liability
company name shall comply with the applicable provisions of the LLCA. The term
"Limited Liability Company", "L.L.C.", "LLC", or
the like, as used in Section 1-10(a) of the LLCA, must be placed at the end of
the company name.
