Section 360 TITLE 38: FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS CHAPTER II: DEPARTMENT OF FINANCIAL AND PROFESSIONAL REGULATION PART 360 LICENSING AND REGULATION OF PAWNBROKERS SECTION 360.110 APPLICATION FOR LICENSE Section 360.110  Application for License a)         A license applicant must submit all of the following: 1)         An application for license filed with the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System and Registry as approved by the Secretary; 2)         A listing filed with the Secretary of judgments entered against, and bankruptcy petitions by, the license applicant for the preceding 10 years; and 3)         Payment through NMLS of the investigation and application fees specified in Section 5-10(a)(3) of the Act [205 ILCS 511/5-10(a)(3)]. b)         A separate license is required for each pawnshop location.
