Section 178 Section 178.30  Filing Location a)         All documents required to be filed with the Secretary of State pursuant to the LLCA shall be filed with the Department. b)         Documents submitted for filing in Springfield, the Department's headquarters, shall be filed at the following address: Secretary of State's Office Department of Business Services Limited Liability Company Division Room 351, Howlett Building Springfield, Illinois 62756 c)         Documents submitted by mail for filing should be sent to the Department's Springfield office.
