Section 360 TITLE 38: FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS CHAPTER II: DEPARTMENT OF FINANCIAL AND PROFESSIONAL REGULATION PART 360 LICENSING AND REGULATION OF PAWNBROKERS SECTION 360.400 SCOPE Section 360.400  Scope The rules and procedures in this Subpart shall apply to proceedings in connection with an order issued by the Secretary pursuant to Section 10-5, 10-30, or 10-40 of the Act [205 ILCS 511/10-5, 10-30, 10-40].  The Secretary may issue an order to a licensee, applicant, principal party, employee, agent, person subject to the Act, or other entity doing business without the required license.
