Payment under and Service of an Order to Pay

Section 360 TITLE 38: FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS CHAPTER II: DEPARTMENT OF FINANCIAL AND PROFESSIONAL REGULATION PART 360 LICENSING AND REGULATION OF PAWNBROKERS SECTION 360.520 PAYMENT UNDER AND SERVICE OF AN ORDER TO PAY Section 360.520  Payment under and Service of an Order to Pay a)         Payment. All fines and penalties collected under this Subpart shall be paid by certified check, money order, or other method of payment determined by the Division and be made payable to the Division through NMLS, where feasible. b)         Service. Service of an order assessing a fine or penalty shall be made upon each respondent by certified mail, return receipt requested.  Delivery to the United States Postal Service shall be presumed to constitute delivery to the respondent.
