Section 360 TITLE 38: FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS CHAPTER II: DEPARTMENT OF FINANCIAL AND PROFESSIONAL REGULATION PART 360 LICENSING AND REGULATION OF PAWNBROKERS SECTION 360.600 SCOPE Section 360.600  Scope The rules and procedures in this Subpart shall apply to proceedings in connection with the suspension or revocation of license of a pawnshop pursuant to Section 10-30 of the Act.  The revocation or suspension of license shall not impair or affect the obligation of either the pawnbroker or the pledger to fulfill the terms of any preexisting memorandum, contract, or note.
