Section 200.410 Duties of
Hearing Officer
a) The Hearing Officer shall have authority to conduct the
hearing, to entertain and rule upon motions, to administer oaths, to examine
witnesses, and to rule upon the admissibility of evidence.
b) The Hearing Officer shall rule on procedure, make findings of
fact and law, and issue a recommendation to the Administrator within one (1)
month of the close of the hearing.
