Section 200 Section 200.606  Multiple Filings The Administrator will register multiple franchises in one filing provided: a)         The franchises will be offered concurrently; and b)         The franchises are of a similar type; and c)         The contractual obligations are similar; and d)         The information can be presented in a nonconfusing manner.
