Section 200 Section 200.608  Jurisdiction and Venue As described in Section 4 of the Act, a franchise agreement shall not require a franchisee to litigate any cause of action, with the exception of arbitration proceedings, arising under the franchise agreement or the Act outside of this State, nor shall a franchise agreement provide for a choice of law provision for any state other than Illinois.
